How much does it cost?

Costs vary with the size of the job and the kind of treatment requested.  Often we will combine multiple forms of treatment in one job.  Costs are figured based on a square footage rate that can vary between .30 and .50 cents per square foot with a minimum job charge of $200.

Are the products you use dangerous?
We have chosen products with the least amount of danger to ourselves and our clients while making sure they are effective.

Our foggers use an EPA approved, plant derived liquid that kills bacteria, virus, and fungi but is rated as non-hazardous.  It doesn't even require protective equipment for us to apply.  The product is food surface safe and doesn't need to be wiped down after application.

Our UV-C light is dangerous to the skin and eyes of the operator but we wear personal protective gear to cover ourselves and only use the light in non-occupied spaces.  Once the light is switched off the danger is gone and there is absolutely no residue.  UVC lights are in use in hospitals and laboratories due to their effectiveness at killing a variety of microbes.  We are able to achieve up to a 99.999% kill rate with the spectrum of UV light that is produced by our lights.

Our ozone treatment produces naturally occurring ozone which is an atom with a third molecule of oxygen instead of the typical 2.  This machine is used in unoccupied spaces set on a timer as breathing ozone can be irritating to the lungs.  Long term exposure would be bad for humans. Fortunately, ozone molecules break down quickly (within minutes) after the machine is switched off and return to the oxygen form that we breathe.  We usually advise that areas where the machine is used be aired out for several hours out of an abundance of caution before returning to them. Rooms where the machine is used have a clean "after the rain" smell that could last for several days but is not harmful to breathe.

What training have you had?
Training is important.  A company can have the right equipment and cleaning products but if used in the wrong way can still be ineffective or even dangerous.  We have been trained and certified in remediation by the IICRC and most recently have undergone training on how to disinfect for the new Coronavirus Covid-19 from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a division of the ISSA.
